House Rules for a Five-Star Stay

To ensure a comfortable, safe, and respectful experience for everyone, please review and follow these important guidelines during your stay:

• Unplug all unused appliances such as hair tools, chargers, and kitchen devices before leaving the home. Make sure the stove, oven, and AC/heater are turned off.
• Adult supervision is required at all times when using the pool or hot tub.
• No smoking of any kind is allowed on the property. A $1,000 penalty applies for violations.
• Parties, events, birthdays, and bachelor or bachelorette stays are not permitted.
• Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM.
• Check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• No extra or overnight guests are allowed. A $100 fee applies per unauthorized guest per night.
• Mail and packages cannot be delivered to the property.
• Do not move or rearrange the furniture, and do not unplug any electronics.
• Pre check-in luggage storage is not available.
• No pets are allowed.
• Please respect our neighbors—no loud noise or music after 9:30 PM.
• Only park in the assigned spaces provided at check-in.
